A Celebration of Faith, Culture and Community Unity
On 27 May 2026, the Sudanese Community Association of Victoria proudly hosting the Eid Al-Adha prayer and community celebration. A Celebration of Faith, Culture and Community Unity, bringing together Sudanese families and community members from across Victoria in an atmosphere filled with faith, joy, unity, and belonging.
The celebration will begin with the Eid sermon and prayer, where community members will gather to observe this special occasion and share the spiritual meaning of Eid Al-Adha. Following the prayer, attendees will exchange warm greetings and heartfelt wishes, expressing their hopes for peace, stability, and prosperity for Sudan and its people, and praying for a future filled with dignity, safety, and harmony.
The Eid Al-Adha celebration is an excellent community initiative that reflectes the values of generosity, inclusion, cultural pride, and unity. It demonstrates the strength of the Sudanese community in Victoria and its commitment to preserving traditions, supporting one another, and building meaningful connections within the wider Australian community.
